Rod Clemmons at Golfsmith Headquarters in Austin, Texas	The national Golf Clubmakers Association selected Rod Clemmons as Tennessee's Clubmaker of the Year for 2010. Golfsmith International's Proprietary Brands Vice President David Lowe, who served on the panel of judges stated: “This award recognizes Mr. Clemmons’ ability, integrity and professionalism.”  Golf Clubmaker Rod Clemmons is an accredited graduate of the GCA's Advanced Course and the Master Craftsman Course. Rod is a former teacher, principal, and high school golf coach. He has served on the USGA tournament committees for the United States Open and the U. S. Senior Open. Rod served on the Board of Directors for Hanover Country Club in Virginia and is currently a member at Five Oaks Golf & Country Club in Tennessee.  Rod is volunteering his time as Chairman of the Lebanon-Wilson County Chamber of Commerce's 2010 Golf Tournament.
Joan Clemmons at Carnoustie, Scotland	Joan, Rod's wife enjoys the fashion, travel, and fun that makes golf the sport of a lifetime. She took up golf after a career as an elementary teacher and education consultant, and now travels with Rod to enjoy the game at great vacation venues.
